Kairos Play games are published by Kairos Business Solutions Pte Ltd ("we", "us"), Singapore. Our games are designed to be family friendly and we collect as little information as we can.
What we collect
- Gameplay and diagnostics: anonymous usage data and crash reports (for example levels played and device model) through Google Firebase, to improve the games.
- Multiplayer games: an anonymous player ID, a nickname and an avatar you choose. Do not use your real name. Chat is limited to preset phrases and emoji.
- Purchases: handled entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive your payment details.
Advertising
After the first days of play, some games show ads served by third-party networks. Ads are not personalised, and we do not allow interest-based advertising in games likely to be played by children.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not ask for names, emails or locations. A parent or guardian who believes a child has given us personal information can contact us and we will delete it.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that run the game (such as Firebase and the ad network) and do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You can request access to, or deletion of, data linked to your player ID or nickname by emailing us. Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act applies to our handling of personal data.
